3. Reservations and Bookings

  • All reservations are subject to vehicle availability.
  • Booking confirmation is sent after successful reservation and payment validation.
  • EPC Drive reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking if incorrect information or suspicious activity is detected.

4. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices displayed on epcdrive.ma are indicated in Moroccan Dirham (MAD) unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices may include or exclude insurance, taxes, fuel, delivery fees, or optional services depending on the selected offer.
  • Full or partial payment may be required to confirm a reservation.
  • Online payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by Customer

  • Cancellations made within the allowed cancellation period may be eligible for partial or full refunds.
  • Refund conditions depend on the booking type and cancellation timing.

Cancellation by EPC Drive

EPC Drive reserves the right to cancel a reservation in cases including:

  • Vehicle unavailability
  • Force majeure
  • Fraud suspicion
  • Violation of these Terms

In such cases, eligible payments may be refunded according to applicable conditions.

6. Vehicle Use

The renter agrees:

  • To use the vehicle responsibly and legally
  • Not to use the vehicle for illegal activities
  • Not to drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs
  • Not to sub-rent or transfer the vehicle without authorization
  • Not to participate in racing, off-road driving, or dangerous activities

The renter is responsible for traffic violations, fines, and penalties during the rental period.

7. Insurance and Liability

Vehicles may include basic insurance coverage according to Moroccan regulations.

Additional insurance options may be available during booking.

The renter may be held financially responsible for:

  • Damage caused by negligence
  • Unauthorized use
  • Traffic violations
  • Lost keys or documents
  • Interior damage or excessive cleaning costs

8. Vehicle Return

  • Vehicles must be returned at the agreed location, date, and time.
  • Late returns may result in additional charges.
  • The vehicle must be returned in acceptable condition, excluding normal wear and tear.

9. Security Deposit

A security deposit may be required before vehicle delivery.
The deposit may be used to cover:

  • Damages
  • Traffic fines
  • Fuel shortages
  • Contract violations

Unused amounts will be refunded according to applicable processing times.

10. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt unauthorized access to the website
  • Interfere with website security or operations
  • Use the website for fraudulent purposes
